My 80^th race of 2018 was Unified in Wellness 5K held on Nov 18 at University of Incarnate Word (UIW) in San Antonio.  This event is a fundraiser for the university food pantry and promotes wellness: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and intellectual health.
