A little about me:  I served in the Air Force for 24 years, from the time I was 18 years old until I was 42 years old.  Out of those 24 years, 16 of them were overseas assignments, so I have seen a lot of the world.  After I retired in San Antonio, Texas in 1996, I went to work for The University of Texas at San Antonio (Go Roadrunners!), and have been with them ever since. I have been married to my lovely wife, Gail, since February 14, 1985.

I enjoyed meeting you and visiting briefly early this morning before the San Antonio Road Runner Race.
As I stood at my assigned water table, it was nice to see you go running by, but in the wrong direction🤭. I suppose they did not let you register for a women’s race!
Keep up the good fight against cancer. Cancer seems to strike more and more families each year and age or sex does not deter this disease. Everyone is vulnerable.
Thank you for introducing me to your blog. I look forward to seeing the pictures you said you would be posting of this year’s SARR race. A 40th anniversary is remarkable for such an event
